Faucett 1 Libby Faucett Dr. Jamison Honors 9th Literature November 25, 2015 Spanish 2 Essay- How I Prepare on a Tuesday Reflection I really enjoyed having the opportunity to revise one of my Spanish essays for my portfolio. I love Spanish, so I was glad that I was able to incorporate it in with my literature class. There really weren’t a lot of changes that I needed to add to this essay. I fixed all the errors that my Spanish teacher told me to correct. These errors were the use of wrong words. My Spanish teacher understands that I will have errors like that because I am only in level 2 Spanish. The main changes that I added to my essay are details I decided to put in. I wanted to make my essay a little “juicier” so I put in some details. I feel that these details made my essay perfect; the details were not extra, unnecessary information. The final change I added to my essay is that I added in information about my mom. In the original essay I ran out of time included her, but I still wanted to her in my essay so I put her in the revised version. I want to make note that my essay may simple and very elementary school like because isn’t complex. The essay is very complex in my mind and for my level of Spanish because I do not have a wide range of Spanish vocabulary words. This is why there are a lot of simple sentences and words in my essay. Faucett 2 In conclusion, I really enjoyed working on the Spanish language in literature. I feel that it is a very neat experience and I am very glad that I get to share it with you. I hope you enjoyed reading an essay that I wrote in Spanish.
