The Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) will include all of the entities associated with Milano
Pizza system’s data and show the relationships between them. The mock-up forms and reports
will include; input, navigation and output elements in the user interface. The mock-up reports
will display the appearance of the report without showing the data. The sample reports will
include all data as the user would see in a “real life” situation.
