Workshop choices are subject to availability. The NAHT reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the workshop(s)
detailed above, at any time.

minimum of 7 days before the event. Workshop
availability may vary.
The NAHT reserves the right to cancel the conference if
insufficient registrations are received in order to make
the event viable. Final joining instructions will be
forwarded to delegates 10 working days prior to the
conference date. Invoices are to be paid prior to the
conference. Registrations can only be cancelled in
writing by email to the events team.
Cancellation charges
If you are not a member of the NAHT, your contact
details, including your email address and telephone
number may be used to keep you informed of NAHT
services and events. If you do not wish to receive such
information, please tick this box.
The NAHT will make a charge based on the percentage
of the conference fee due to the NAHT having incurred
costs. Whilst every effort will be made to fill any
delegate place cancelled, refunds cannot be
guaranteed. Cancellation charges that will apply are:
Within 20 working days – 25%
Within 10 working days – 50%
Within 5 working days – 75%
Within 2 working days – 100%

Payment
All registrations received will be acknowledged in writing
in the form of a booking confirmation letter mailed by
post. For registrations within one week of the
conference date, please telephone 01444 472405 to
confirm availability. Requests for substitutions must be
