TX (USA) and it has remained legally and financially solvent for more than 2 years in the
market.

Its Corporate Name is based on management of supplying processes, distribution of goods
and services, and network and logistics processes for services of purchasing, inventory,
warehousing, transportation and post-sale services for Oil, Petrochemical, Gas and Mining
Industries; as well as for the Construction, Infrastructure and Civil Works Industry.

Global Heat Transfer is the result of more than 35 years of combined experience in the
application of management tools in the areas of procurement, equipment manufacturing for
the Oil Industry and post-sale service management, in order to optimize and simplify
