The Rolling Hills Graduate Apartments houses 373
graduate and doctoral students.

Each single and quad apartment is furnished and

The Medical Village at NSU

A proposed world-class hospital with up to 150 acute care beds
operated by the North Broward Hospital District

Will focus on education, research, and innovation, while providing
culturally sensitive care to residents in west central Broward County
The NSU Academical Village

This exciting project will follow the Jeffersonian concept of a “community
of scholars and students living and working closely together, combining
theory with practice.”

This $500-million partnership will transform a 30-acre, universityinvestment into a high-tech research/office park with nearly three million
square feet of office, retail, financial, governmental, and residential
space, as well as a hotel and a conference center.

This project is expected to generate millions in tax revenue and in
workforce development, including high-tech jobs.
