Scrubs- Upperclassmen scrubs are acceptable with the following alterations:

Must have tape covering the PHUHS CWMP patch on the sleeve

Must have tape covering the Senior 2016 embroidery on the front

HOSA patch must be put on the left side on the scrubs

Scrubs- Solid colored with HOSA patch on the left chest

