The theory of evolution itself, is a theory universally accepted
not because it be can proved by logically coherent evidence to
be true but because the only alternative, special creation, is
clearly incredible.

Is this an example of the evolutionary process of natural selection?
No. The change is a small-scale variation within the species.
Both types of moth existed before and after the industrial revolution.
The moths remained moths. Fixity of kind applies Gen 1:11-12.
When I was asked by the publishers of this new edition of The Origin of
Species to write an introduction ... I felt extremely hesitant. I admire, as
all biologists must, the immense scientific labours of Charles Darwin
and his lifelong, single hearted devotion to his theory of evolution. But I
am not satisfied that Darwin proved his point or that his influence in
scientific and public thinking has been beneficial.
I do not of course deny that a great amount of valuable information was
gathered in these studies, but I think it could have been obtained more
effectively on a purely objective basis. My impression is, also, that
though it was unproductive from a Darwinian standpoint, this was not
usually admitted and the reader is left with the feeling that if the data do
not support the theory they really ought to.
This general tendency to eliminate, by means of unverifiable
speculations, the limits of the categories Nature presents to us, is the
inheritance of Biology from The Origin of Species. To establish the
continuity required by theory, historical arguments are invoked, even
though historical evidence is lacking. Thus are engendered those
fragile towers of hypothesis based on hypothesis, where fact and fiction
intermingle in an inextricable confusion. That these constructions
correspond to a natural appetite, there can be no doubt.

The extreme rarity of transitional forms in the fossil
record persists as the trade secret of paleontology. The
evolutionary trees that adorn our text books have data
only at the tips and nodes of their branches; the rest is
inference, however reasonable, not the evidence of
fossils. Yet Darwin was so wedded to gradualism that
he wagered his entire theory on a denial of this literal
record … The history of most fossil species includes
two features particularly inconsistent with gradualism:
1. Stasis: Most species exhibit no directional change
during their tenure on earth. They appear in the fossil
record looking much the same as when they
disappear; morphological change is usually limited and
directionless.
2. Sudden appearance: In any local area, a species
does not arise gradually by the steady transformation
of its ancestors. It appears all at once and "fully
formed,"

Any crossing of two beings not at exactly the
same level produces a medium between the
level of the two parents. Such mating is
contrary to the will of Nature for a higher
breeding of all life. The stronger must
dominate and not blend with the weaker, thus
sacrificing his own greatness. Only the born
weakling can view this as cruel, but he after all
is only a weak and limited man ...
The consequence of this (is) racial purity. No
more than Nature desires the mating of weaker
with stronger individuals, even less does she
desire the blending of a higher with a lower
race, since, if she did, her whole work of higher
breeding, over perhaps hundreds of thousands
of years, might be ruined with one blow.

GOD
Fear not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with
thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have
driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee
in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations and declare it in the
isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him,
and keep him as a shepherd doth his flock.
For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from
the hand of him that was stronger than he.
