Zipper/Runner Repair

Most zippers can be replaced or repaired. .If the
zipper is broken, then we will need to replace the
zipper. Replacement of zippers can be done in
suitcases, handbags, shoes, boots, most purses or
perhaps a custom zip was installed for you some
time ago.

We will need to test the zipper with a new runner, if
the new runner fails then a new zip is required.
•
Chances are we can replace your old zipper with a
good quality brand new custom installed zipper and
runner (slider).
•
Sometimes we need to reuse your runner in order
to match the rest of your item. But if the zipper
doesn’t close properly, chances are the runner is
worn.

Instruction for use: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING AND UNTIL

1.Tightly pack inside of shoes to be recoloured with paper to eliminate
creases and wrinkles.
2.To deglaze old wax and polish, prepare surface with Waproo Stripper for
leather (use Waproo Preparer for delicate leather and synthetics).
3. Apply colour sparingly with special brush provided. Apply a light even
coat along the grain of the leather. 4. When quite dry at least 30 minutes
apply second coat. Follow with a third coat if necessary.
5. Leave overnight to dry completely then finish by buffing to a shine.
Tips: Two light coats are better than one heavy coat.
Suitable for genuine leather and delicate leather, light weight plastics and
most vinyls.
All Waproo colour change products are intermixable to achieve desired
shade.
Do not use on suede and nubuck. Always test in an inconspicuous area

Sprayon Colour Change

Description: A premium pigment based aerosol that
delivers a professional finish for re colouring of leather and
most synthetics.

Instruction for use: Tightly pack inside of article with
newspapers to eliminate creases and wrinkles. Clean
surface and deglaze leather with Waproo Stripper (use
Waproo Preparer for synthetics). Shake can thoroughly and
spray the article from a distance of approximately 30 cm
with a light misting coat. Do not use too much. Allow to dry
completely before applying a thin second coat. Once
completely dry use Renovating Polish or Shoe Cream of
appropriate colour.
Tips: If matching colour is critical, test first in an
inconspicuous place, or on a cardboard or scrap leather
before using. Hold the article over a sheet of paper to
accommodate for overspray.
After use, turn the aerosol can upside down spraying the
can for 1 second to clear the nozzle.
