• Academy sponsored field trips: Lab program at Liberty Science Center
(STEM), Manhattan Supreme Court (Global Perspective), Metropolitan
Museum of Art (Arts)
• Online courses: opportunities for online courses which are included in the
student transcript each year
• Elective course: priority registration for an elective course within the
particular Academy field each year – Academy-specific counselors
• Guest speakers: Engineer and architect professor (STEM), Peace Corps
Volunteer (Global Perspective), fashion designer (Arts)
• Activities: robotics team (STEM), model UN (Global Perspective), Principal
