ensure that all food is 100% home made and sourced from local
suppliers.

Vegetables: Sharrocks, Ribble Farm, or Basnetts of Darwen.
Fish: from M J Seafoods of Warrington.
Ice Creams: from Mrs Dowson’s Farm Clayton –le-Dale.
We reserve the right to use alternative suppliers if availability is compromised.
