SIMB offers Customization Services with following Terms & Conditions:
•Hardware modification – Not supported.
•BIOS customization – NRE fee & MOQ required. Limited to splash screen
and hard code setting only.
•T-Parts – MOQ 1K, with no partial shipment allowed and EAU > 3K.
US$3.-/pcs extra on the first 1K pcs ordered with NRE of US$6000.
(Includes H/W de-population, CPU upgrade/downgrade change only,
BIOS change only or H/W + BIOS changes, etc)
5. Purchase Requirement

Delivery cost = 1 trip per each party

Customer to register for eRMA service online.
•
Products will be returned to regional RMA centre (Europe / China /
America / Taiwan) RMA center.
If the product is repairable by Advantech regional RMA centre - RMA
centre will send the repaired one back to CUSTOMER directly.
If not by Advantech regional RMA centre - RMA centre will send the unit
to Advansus RMA centre for further repairing and then send back to
regional RMA centre once it is repaired.

7. Warranty Policy
•
SIMB offers 1 year warranty service as standard purchase.
•
Warranty extension service is also available.
Fee is 5% of total unit cost per annual.
For example, if the unit cost is $100, then,
2nd year warranty extension is $100 * 1.05 = $105
3rd year warranty extension is $105 * 1.05 = $110.25
•
Max warranty service is available one year after the product is called EOL
8. Longevity Support
•
SIMB offers 3 years longevity support as standard purchase.
•
Max longevity support is available two year after the product is called
EOL
