Do email campaigns approximately one per month using software add in using inbox 2000. Website Develop an understanding of Newtech.co.nz website and its back end functionality. Understanding how to load, list and categorise products. Understand the interface relationship and its impact on the website. Be the first point of call for website issues. Instruct Graphic Designers on rolling changes to important and front high visual and pages. Critique all Graphic Designer work before it goes to web. Provide a rolling program of maintenance for all website products. Make sure that images are up to date and consistent. Manage the Retail Systems and side of the website and its visibility to web users. Be conversant and have a functional relationship with Zeald Technology and there back end expectations. Maintain a great customer experience for anyone using the website in online purchasing. HHA Develop an understanding of the interface and its functionality to website. Understand the interface Key, and develop skills to go into server drivers and identify faults. Train staff on how to minimise faults in item loading. Provide push and drive to make sure that interface issues between HHA and Zeald are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Full Circle Develop and understanding of Empower and its related and functionality to web. Understand how items impact Empower various web visibilities. Work with Full circle on issues that need resolve. To update images where necessary for empower display. (Packaging for outward bound cartons, and packaging used in products that we on sell). Provide Reporting to Management of critical web data and Google reporting. Come up with creative methodology to increase needed web traffic and effectiveness.
