New Requirements for 2019 BSD High School Overall Graduation Requirements • 24 Credits (28 possible) • 17 Core credits + 3 Personalized Pathway Requirements + 4 Elective credits • 3rd credit of science and 3rd credit of math are chosen by the student based on their High School and Beyond Plan • Personal Pathway Requirement (PPR)-3 courses that lead to specific post H.S. career or educational outcomes; part of the High School and Beyond Plan • 2.0 Minimum GPA • 40 Hours Community Service State Testing - Class of 2019 Must meet Smarter Balanced English Language Arts (ELA) standard: Taken in 11th grade Must meet Smarter Balanced Math Standard: Taken in 11th grade Must meet Science Standard: Biology EOC exam OR Comprehensive NGSS (Next generation science standards)Test -1st administration is Spring 2019 OSPI Website for Grad.
