In passionate endeavour to achieve excellence following steps were
taken after extensive and Value added pre-assessment audit.
•All statutory requirements have been complied with
successfully viz Lift license, vehicle fitness, spirit license,
generator spack emission.
•As per Radiology requirements:
Layout plans have been approved
Quality assurance tests have been performed.
Registration from AERB obtained.
•Having identified the needs for Air conditioning criteria
fulfilment we went on the fast track project mode to ensure
compliance of required parameters. In this process a well
known AC consultant was hired who has more than 24
hospitals Air conditioning to his credit besides others.

•As per his expert advice necessary changes in the DX central
air conditioning system of modular OT’s were made to achieve
the required parameters. The letter from the consultant to this
fact is on record
The AC system of Cardiology Wing has been replaced by new
Hi-tech System with brand new chiller, AHU, hepafilter,
laminarflow and other requirements necessary for good
ventilating system.

•For stringent adherence to fire safety norms we went an extra mile
and called the fire department personal to inspect the building from
fire safety point of view. As per their advice smoke detectors,
sprinklers and other fire safety equipments have been installed.
•In the path of continuous improvements better space management
and creation of aesthetic and hygienic ambience for utmost comfort
level to the patient, various modifications have been made including
face lifting of the front elevation of the hospital incurring expenditure
of more than 50 lacs, taking all precautions of pollution and infection
by encapsulating the area to maintain dust free environment.
•The infrastructure of Cath Lab has been totally revamped to fulfill all
quality standards for processes, prevention of infection with utmost
comfort to the patient.
