The IBM Summit Program
Is a specialized and unique sales development
organization within IBM in North America;
Recruits and trains undergraduate and masters
program graduates for client-facing, consultative
solution sales, and technical sales positions;
Has openings for Internship positions from June
through August for undergraduate juniors and
masters students;
Introduces all full-time Summit hires to IBM’s
consultative sales approach through its innovative,
18-week IBM Global Sales School and its unique
two-year New Seller Journey;
Includes a challenging mix of classroom training,
e-learning, project simulations, and individual career
mentoring to ensure that you have the skills and
resources to be successful;
Also provides an additional six to nine months of
product training for full-time Product Specialists and
IT specialists. IBM is committed to investing in you!
