Mission Hills Golf Club Dongguan – “Rose-Poulter Course “
1) Individual event
2) Team event as four players per team
- Area Base: The 4 lowest scores players in each area selected and their
scores will be added up, the best score would be the winner, and the area
players will have a special gift. (Sir Kenneth Fung Trophy will award
the Winning Team for Best Gross.)
- Club Base: Same applies, but with scores selected from the best Four club
members.
Prizes will be awarded for the best individual gross scores, the best team aggregate
gross scores and the best individual and team aggregate New New Peoria scores.
Handicap
Entry Fee
All players are requested to keep up with the pace of play as recommended by
Mission Hills Golf Club.
All players are welcomed to present Handicap Cards, if applicable.
1/ HK$1800/player for non-Mission Hills Member
2/ HK$1300/player for Mission Hills Member (Membership must be covered
Mission Hill Dongguan Golf Courses)
*Entry fee includes green fee, golf cart rental, free driving range balls for practice at
the range, flags for longest drive & closest to pins, pre-tournament lunch, posttournament dinner and prizes.

Players are responsible for any expenses incurred for consumption of snacks & drinks
at the pro shop and the 2 halfway houses during the golf tournament.
While on Club premises, participants and guests must maintain a reasonably
conservative standard of dress and dress in proper golf attire while on the course.
Participants & guests should dress in a manner that is non-offensive to others.

Note: Prizes 1,2, 4, 5 & 6 are for Rotarians only, other prizes are for all participants .

Registration counter will be opened at 9:30 - 10:30am. Players should check in at the
registration counter at least 30 minutes before 11:00am.
Buffet lunch will be served from 10:30-11:30am at Club House

Golf carts are available to players who are 18 years and older.
Caddies are available for all players.
All Drop Zones are in play
Tee-off time start at 12:00pm shotgun. A list of tee-off times and tournament
information will be provided upon arrival at register desk.
Prizes will be presented immediately after the conclusion of play. Players are invited
to attend the post-tournament dinner buffet and prize presentation ceremony at Club
House. The ceremony will start at 6:00pm.
The tournament will be cancelled under the following circumstances:
- Inclement weather conditions which lead to the closure of Mission Hills Golf
Club.
- Forecast of inclement weather conditions, players will be notified before
3:00pm on 28th Nov.
- Typhoon signal number 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted at 10:00am on 28th
Nov.

The entry fee is not refundable due to cancellation of the Tournament.

competition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

3. To avoid any unnecessary delay, players are requested to pick up their ball when
their score reached “Double Par” on any hole, i.e. a “6” for a Par 3, “8” for a Par 4,
and “10” for Par 5.
4. Gimmes will be allowed. A ball within one putter length (exclude rubber grip) will
be regarded as a hole-out on addition of one stroke (no need to putt out).
5. Drop zones are in play, if available, shall be allowed with one-stroke penalty
according to Local Rules. For the holes where drop zones are not in play, and your
ball is determined to be lost, please drop your ball at the point of entry within two
club lengths with one penalty stroke.
6. Please mark the scores for your opponent and enter the gross scores of each hole.
7. If you want your team or individual score to be counted for the competition, please
hand in your scorecard before getting shower after you finished your game.
8. If tournament is suspended or stopped due to bad weather conditions, then scores
of all players will be calculated under Stableford system without counting handicap.
The system would be - 4 points for Eagle, 3 points for Birdies, 2 points for Par and 1
point for Bogey. The number of holes being calculated for each player will depend
on the least number of holes the team has played.
9. Mission Hills Golf Club Local Rules apply and the Tournament Committee’s decision
shall be valid and final. In event of a dispute, a provisional ball shall be played and
discussion will be made by the Tournament officials after the record.
