At the initial team meeting, everyone should discuss their strengths and weaknesses in order to develop a sense of teamwork. Draw on each other’s strengths in order to improve weaknesses. At your meetings, you should be on time and be prepared to discuss the team assignment. At your team meeting, you should stay focused to save time and have a good learning experience.
