OOO CTO Events (Limited Liability Company), hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”,
represented by the Events Department Manager, Ms. Anna Igorevna Poziturina, acting on the basis of the
Power of Attorney No. 1 of January 21, 2013, on the one part; and ___________________, hereinafter
referred to as the “Customer”, represented by ___________________________, acting on the basis
, on the other part, have concluded this Contract as follows:
1.
Subject if the Contract
The Customer entrusts the Executor with the services and undertakes to pay participation fee at the
International Conference", and the Executor undertakes to provide the services to ensure
participation of the Customer representative in "Museum and Politics" (hereinafter referred to as the
"Event"). Place of the Event: ________________________________________________
2. Obligations of the Parties
2.1. The Executor shall:
- provide all the services (included in the organization pack and determined by the Event
Organization Committee) to the Customer in accordance with the program of the Event:
Registration fee includes:
 participation in sessions (not for accompanying persons)
 working materials
 welcome party
 farewell party
 coffee-break
 cultural program
2.2. The Customer shall:

provide the Executor with the approved lists and registration forms of the Event participants,
as well as with the copies of payment orders confirming full payment of the participation fee in
time, determined by the Event conditions;

to pay for the services in due time by means of bank transfer to the settlement account or
cash payment to the Executor;
 to ensure arrival of the participants to the place of the event in due time.
3. Amount of the Contract and Terms of Payment
3.1. The amount of this Contract shall be _______________________________________
3.2. Within 5 banking days from the date of the invoice the Customer shall make advance payment
at the rate of 100% of the amount of the Contract by means of bank transfer or cash payment to the
Executor.
3.3. The Executor shall forward the Statement of the rendered services and the Commercial Invoice
to the Customer within 5 days after the Event. The Customer shall sign the said documents and
return them to the Executor within 5 banking days from the receipt.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Parties shall bear responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of
the obligations herein in accordance with the current legislation.
4.2. The Parties shall not bear responsibility for obligations of each other, given to a third party in
their name, except for the cases specially agreed by them.
4.3. Any claims concerning the organization of the Event can be submitted to the Executor within
10 days after the end of the Event. The Executor undertakes to consider the claim and give a
response to the reasonable claim within 10 days from the receipt.
5. Settlement of Disputes
5.1. All disputes and misunderstandings arising from the present Contract shall be settled by means
of direct negotiations.
5.2. In case of impossibility to achieve an agreement, all disputes and misunderstandings shall be
settled in the due order by the Court of Arbitration of Moscow.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. The Parties shall be exempted from responsibility for non-performance of obligations under the
present Contract due to Force Majeure circumstances.
6.2. The Party which cannot fulfill its contractual obligations due to Force Majeure shall inform the
other Party of occurrence and end of such circumstances within 10 days after the occurrence (end)
of such circumstances.
6.3. If Force Majeure circumstances last for more than 3 (three) months, any Party can withdraw the
present Contract. Occurrence, term and end of the force majeure circumstances shall be confirmed
by certificates issued by competent executive authorities.
7. Term of the Contract
7.1. The present Contract comes into force from the date of its signing and shall be valid till the end
of the Event.
7.2. The Contract can be terminated by the agreement of the Parties.
