Randolph Construction Services, Inc.
Project Manager – 2008 to Present
Project estimating and management, projects included US Coast Guard, Port
Angeles, Washington design build warehouse structure with finished interior space.
PM for Bureau of Reclamation Field Office in Yakima, Wa. Project received high
acclaim from BOR and was instrumental in winning the “Prime Contractor of the
Year Region 10” from the General Services Administration. Responsibilities
included contracting, scheduling, and change order drafting and presentation. I also
served as Construction Manager on three RPM Projects as the onsite POC for
Battelle (PNNL) working on Homeland Security Seaport Projects.
O’Brien Construction
Field/General Superintendent – 2006 to 2008
Design/Build Firm. Responsibilities included Field Superintendent over multiple
projects, food processing and storage facilities as well as frozen storage. Duties
included Project Superintendent for construction of a new Toyota full-service
dealership, and General Superintendent, overseeing up to nine projects at a time.
Hammerquist & Casalegno, Inc.
Field Superintendent – 2002 to 2006
Design/Build Firm. I performed duties as Field Superintendent, Safety Program
Coordinator and member of Montana Contractors Association Safety Committee.
Projects included numerous retail-centers, addition and remodeling of Kalispell
Regional Medical Center. I also served as the Superintendent on construction of a
new Church in Libby Mt.
Martel Construction / Vandervert Construction
Superintendent – 2001-2002
Site and Civil Superintendent, overseeing installation of utility infrastructure for
new condominiums at Big Mountain Ski Resort, Whitefish Mt. / Field
Superintendent for multi-space retail center in Pasco, Wa.

Field Superintendent on following projects: Renovations of Dale Carnegie Library;
Pendleton Art Center, Addition/remodel of Blue Mountain Community college;

Project Manager – 1990 to 1995
Project Manager and estimating various negotiated projects, mainly with Safeway
Portland Division. Project Manager and Estimator for various remodels case
changes and total store fixtures sets in approximately 74 of their 102 locations in
southwest Washington and Oregon. Also negotiated remodels with United Grocers
in Southwest Washington locations. Completion of ten “Re-Store” remodels, for
Southland Corporation (7-11), in Portland-Metro area. Several McKay’s Markets
remodels on the Southern Oregon Coast.
Carr Construction
Superintendent/Project Manager – 1987 to 1990
As Field Superintendent was responsible for overseeing 442 unit remodels of
H.U.D. Housing Project in Portland, OR. Project Manager responsible for bidding
and negotiating remodel projects with Safeway Portland Division. Projects
consisted mainly of tenant improvements and retail space construction.

Superintendent – 1984 to 1987
Superintendent on two new grocery stores, fifteen McDonald’s Restaurant remodels,
and construction of various retail tenant shells. Projects included Thriftway,
Safeway, Ross Dress for Less, and other C.E. John Development projects.

Carpenter – 1979 to 1983
Was a Journeyman Carpenter various power industry projects in Washington, Texas
and Utah. I was employed by J.A. Jones and Morrison Knudsen at the “Satsop
Power Project” as Carpenter/Rigger, Carpenter/Rigger for Groves-Kiewit-Granite at
Bonneville Dam Powerhouse #2, Production and Rigging Foreman for Ebasco
Services at the South Texas Project. Carpenter/Welder for M.A. Mortenson in Delta,
Utah.
