The sign up is open to ALL GLOUCESTER COUNTY RESIDENTS. Names may be put in the drawing on the sign up day anytime before the designated time; YOU MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE SIGN UP. Once the first name is drawn no additional names are added to the drawing. A person may sign up him/herself and one other person. If a person comes in to sign up after the first name is pulled, their name goes on a list to be added only after all names in the drawing have been pulled. Be prepared to show PROOF OF RESIDENCE and the NAME AND PHONE NUMBER of an EMERGENCY CONTACT PERSON.
