Contracted to analyse the feasibility of change requests from VAS, New Products and Tariffs, IN
Departments and transform business requirements to software requirements, providing software size
estimation. Worked within BSS and VAS Transformation Programme in Product Catalogue sub team of
size 15 including CRM, Billing, Charging, and GSM \ MBB \ FBB Senior Consultants. Overall team
size of the project was 200+.
Responsibilities:
 Performed Functional Analysis on Product Catalogue Requirements
 Consulted the business unit of New Products and Tariffs about Huawei Single Rating Engine
 Gathered requirements with respect to capabilities of Rating and Charging systems,
 Provided feasibility study of Business Requirements.
 Transformed Business Requirements into Software Requirements.
 Negotiation and alignment on new Change Requests, avoiding deviations from Scope and Mission
of the project by modifying or rejecting requirements and requests when necessary.

Project: Huawei Single Rating Engine
As a part of its transformation programme, Vodafone Turkey will be unifying Prepaid, Post-paid and
Hybrid Rating engines in to Huawei Single Rating Engine. This aims to significantly decrease its OPEX
and increase stability while providing defining and marketing flexible data tariffs. Prepared Functional
Specification and Business Process Specification Documents for the Single Rating Engine. Organised
and conducted requirements gathering workshops, acted as a Product Catalogue SME in the Vodafone
Tariffs and Products Unit, provided feasibility study and consulting on draft tariffs and Vodafone
products which will be implemented in the Single Rating Engine. Worked in the Requirements
Gathering team of 20 composed of Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
Achievements:
 I took the initiative to perform additional in depth Functional Analysis which resulted in dropping
some of the Change Requests and using out-of-the-box functions instead. This led to reduction in
cost.
 Helped Vodafone to save money and time by shaping business requirements to better fit in the
upcoming Single Rating Engine.
 With help of my previous experience, I defined Stakeholders precisely in initial stages, led
functional analysis to ensure accuracy and limit the number of workshops. This saved the customer
time on releasing allocated resources in the requirements gathering phase.

1. Babilon Mobile BSS Swap, Tajikistan
Babilon aimed to replace their hard to manage and complex software stack with one integrated BSS
which aimed to replace existing Mediation, Billing, Charging, ESB, and CRM products. The client
was the second biggest Mobile Operator in Tajikistan. The budget of the project was $5M I worked
in a team of Single Rating Engine, VAS, and GSM / LTE Experts with size of 10. My
responsibilities included workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, business processes
analysis, business process improvement, business requirements gathering for Huawei Online
Charging and Billing system (which is a part of Huawei BSS). I prepared AS-IS and TO-BE
business process documents and functional specification documents. Verified System Integration
Document and prepared Webservice Interface document.
2. E-Plus BSS Swap, Germany
With an emerging need in the market, it was vital to have a charging and billing system which
would enable introducing and marketing flexible Data Tariffs. E-Plus choose Huawei BSS to
overcome this. I worked in Unified Product Catalogue requirements gathering stream with CRM
and Billing and Charging Business Unit Experts with a team of 8. Responsibilities included
Business Requirements Gathering, and Business Process Mapping, validating business
requirements with respect to Huawei Online Charging System and shaping business requirements
to fit with the product and scope of the project.
3. Avea RMS, Turkey
Avea is second biggest mobile operator in Turkey. The company aimed to unify their existing
revenue sharing and partner management platforms into one single system. Avea RMS, now, is one
of the leaders among Revenue Management Systems integrating all Revenue Sharing Systems with
ESB using SOAP, XML. In this project I presented software product to the customer, gathered high
level requirements, prepared proof of concept, and answer for RFP. I collaborated with Presales
experts, an Account Manager, and a Solution Architect, working in a team of 5
