INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE:




Deputed for a Wireless Local Loop (WLL) Project for OMANTEL. Areej
Business System (ABS) partnering with Huawei Tech. Investment Co. Ltd.
Huawei Tech. Investment Co. Ltd. Has subcontracted Areej Business Systems
(ABS) for supervision of installation works. ABS has further subcontracted a
subcontractor for installation works.
Mainly I was responsible for supervising installation works of BTS & related
works, antenna installations in SOHAR comprising of 25 sites. Also compiling
project reports.
Responsible for receiving of equipment at sites and verifying the packing list.
I was active member of commissioning team for PABX Project for Sohar
Hospital, Ministry of Health (MOH). The project involved about 600 lines to be
shifted from NEC System to SOPHO Philip, Holland System.
NATIONAL EXPERIENCE







I was actively involved in execution and implementation of PTCL DWDM
40G Trial project and successfully achieved its recommendation for
issuance of certificate for successful completion from PTCL.
I had successfully achieved twelve month satisfactory performance
certification/recommendation for issuance of PAC from PTCL for a
Transmission Project.
I have been actively involved in four National Backbone Transmission
Projects and was responsible achieving/completing there PACs, BoQ
reconcilations, NDCs.
I have been selected SUCCESSOR FOR LEVEL 5 in my present
organization.
I was given “LETTERS OF APPRECIATION” for achieving PACs for
National backbone Projects of SDH / DWDM for Pakistan
Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).
I worked on SDH / DWDM National backbone of PTCL DWDM 1456,
1512 / 1492 Project for which PAC has already been issued to ZTE.
Successful handing over Test Equipment (3 Fiber Scopes, 4 E1 Testers, 1
ANT 10G SDH Analayser, 1 Optical Spectrum Analyser, 70 Patch cords)






Single Pair PCM Cable (220,846M) along with 3300 A8 & 275
D9Connectors, to PTCL for North Region.
On request of PTCL supported M/s Huawei for Huawei’s Network
Synchronous Project by provide 500M Single Pair Coaxial Cable along with
86 BNC Connectors.
Carried out Survey as Team Leader for North and Central Regions in year
2006.
Assisted in finalization of survey summaries and responsibility matrix.
Got approval of DG Sets for seven sites under scope of work.
Coordinated with sub contractor team and staff members deputed for the
works of transportation of equipment, renovation works, installation, power
works & DG Sets installation of 13 sites.
Coordinated for removal for discrepancies of 13 sites after PAT.
MANAGER COORDINATION (TECHNICAL)
As Manager Coordination Technical (Projects) I was able to deliver the following
works completed:




I led & supervised the survey team of Ring – 1 for Pre-bid Survey for 19 sites
for PTCL DWDM Project.
I was successful in getting 25 PAC from NTC for NTC Switch Projects (Phase
I, II & III)
I assisted in obtaining PAC for Transmission project of NTC.
Prepared & Approval of "Responsibility Matrix" & Site Survey Reports for
Projects of Video Conferencing (PTCL) & Transit Switch Project of NTC.
. Arranged recovery of Routers from PTCL Video Conferencing Project.
. Coordinated for Site Survey, transportation, Installation, Testing & Commissioning
works at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi for the above stated project.
- Coordinated with sub-contractor for lightening systems, provision, installation of
Plasma Screens at Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi.
.. Coordination & Supervision for conduction of Site Survey for NTC Transit Switch &
Video Conferencing Project (PTCL).
 Coordinated & Supervised Installation & Testing of sites of NTC PCM
Interconnect Project.
 Coordination & Supervising Installation Materials for NTC Transit Switch &
PCM Interconnect Project.
 I coordinated for survey, installation all over Pakistan for Rectifier & Batteries
Project of PTCL.
 For the above project I got Survey Reports Approval of RTR, HTR, NTR-1 &
NTR – II Sites (40 sites).
 Coordinated for installation works and powering up of power plants at North,
Central & South Regions.
 Coordinated for approval of Delivery Challans.

I was successful in obtaining confirmation and nomination of trainees for the
above reference project.
. Verification of "Delivery Challan" of Equipment for NTC Transit Switch Project with
the customer.
. Attending various project coordination meetings & kick-off meetings of various
projects.

I was the pioneer to introduce ZTE (Chinese Company) Video Conferencing
Products in Pakistan. I was able to market & sell, promote ISDN Equipment
inclusive of 3 terminals & 1 MCU to sole Operator of Video Conferencing
"Universal Communication (Pvt.) Ltd”.
 I worked on another project for which my company “ZTE” on Special
Communication Organization (SCO) Project for 22 locations for STM – 1 link
and the distance for which equipment has to be laid was about 195 Km.
 I worked on Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Video
Conferencing Project on behalf of ZTE for three nodes which included three
nodes at Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi & one Multi Controller Unit (MCU). The
Video Conferencing for the referenced Project was on IP & ISDN Applications.
The project was awarded to ZTE from PTCL.
 I got a "LETTER OF APPRECIATION" from an "OPERATOR (NTC) in
Pakistan for my achievements performed according to the requirement of:
- designing, planning, cost estimation of cost analysis for their requirement of
PCM INTERNETWORK JUNCTION NETWORKS;
- Execution of project of SDH STM Link point to point, trouble shooting
problems on the network, Acceptance Testing performed to the best of their
satisfaction.

Hardware installation.
 Software testing including (Acceptance Test & Commissioning).
 Worked for Defense (Transmission Project, 622 Mbit, STM-4).
 Pre- Bid & Final Engineering Survey of DWDM system for PTCL Project in year
2002.
 Final Acceptance Testing of NLC Project from Multan - Rawalpindi.
 Coordinated & with Installation Team, performed Testing & Commissioning,
Maintenance etc for National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC).
 I prepared Bill of Quantities, Technical Proposal and other documents for SDH
(STM - 1) & PCM Equipment on which Contract was signed between National
Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) & Zhongxing Telecom Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd,
(ZTE).
 Assisting in finalization & selection of Distributors for Power Series Products.
Also worked on legal matters (such as drafting and amendments of Legal
documents).
