Goal: To identify characteristics of
the three types of government
Materials: book, handout, colored
paper, scissors, glue, dark marker
Procedures: Cut out each strip of
paper below. Sort the strips into three
categories: autocracy, oligarchy, and
democracy. Glue them to a colored
sheet of paper. Give the page a title,
and have each group member sign the
paper. Then check to make sure you
have all of the information from this
assignment in your notes.
