METHODS OF TEACHING: PRIMARILY LECTURES AND ASSIGNMENTS
The Course would revolve around compensation management and its various facets. Assignments would involve
analysis of compensation management processes with case study to optimize the business organization working
process. Most of the session would start with the lecture, which in turn would lead to problem solving.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: To expose students to various processes of compensation management and applications
used in management systems.
Course would help students in

Understanding functional, tactical and strategic role of compensation management
understanding drivers of compensation management

LEARNING OUTCOME:

Develop an understanding of various intricacies of compensation management
 Develop capability to identify core issues of compensation management and its application

Develop an understanding of organization structure and process related issues involved in
compensation management
