SELECTMAN MEETING
The Selectman welcome anyone who wishes to
attend the meetings, but if you would like an
opportunity to speak, please call one week in
advance and put your name on the agenda for that
months meeting. They try very hard to structure
the meeting around the agenda to allow for
enough time for all items to be discussed in a
reasonable amount of time.

Town of Hudson.

Comprehensive Planning Committee
One copy of the 2011 Hudson Residential Comprehensive
Planning Survey will arrive at your tax address in October
along with a self-addressed, postage-paid return envelope
for your completed survey to be returned to the committee.
The survey asks you to anonymously tell the town about
how you would like to see Hudson grow in the next 10-20
years. Your completed survey should be returned within
four weeks of the date it is postmarked to you. For those
who want to know more about Hudson’s comprehensive
planning, you may pick up a flyer at the town office or at
Roger’s Market. Just ask if you don’t see one on the
counter. Or go to the link to the flyer on the Hudson
website on the Comprehensive Planning Committee’s page.
COMMUNITY CLOSET
The Community Closet in Hudson, ME is a place for
borrowing books and doing crafts for all ages. We
will be working on incorporating more crafts as time
goes on. The Community Closet is located at the
Hudson Town Hall. The new hours to be announced.
We look forward to reading books and doing crafts
with the community of Hudson. The Community
Closet is always looking for more volunteers and any
craft ideas are welcome. If you have any ideas please
contact Barbara Storman at 327-1183.Watch sign at
Town Office for hours.
We are in need of boards to build bookcases 8” –
12”.
If you have boards you would donate please call
Vicki at 327-1249.
HUDSON GRANGE
The Hudson Grange meets the 3rd Monday of the Month
At 1:00 P.M. at the Hudson Town Hall.

HALL RENTAL
The Town Hall is available for private events; the
cost is 60.00 rental fee and a 40.00 Deposit. The
Deposit is returned upon inspection of the facility.

Tickets are required at a cost of $ 1.25 each
**Trash: 1 ticket (Bag 34 Gal/Under)

**Demolition Debris: $30.00 (Pickup Load Level/Rounded
will be charged accordingly)
**Fluorescent Light Bulbs: $0.14 / Per Foot
**We do recycle cardboard, but please break down (flatten)
all boxes.
**Reminder: Transfer Station Stickers are required on
vehicles using the Transfer Station and are available at the
Town Office, free of charge to residents.
