2011 JFK Booster Club Golf Outing Silent Auction Rules
Thank you for supporting the Kennedy High School Booster Club.
1. Bids for silent auction items can be made from 10:30 am to 3 pm on Friday, July 1 st at
Ellis Golf Course.
2. Each item is assigned a basic minimum bid. No bid under the assigned bid will be
accepted.
3. All items in the auction have bid sheets attached or affixed near the item. Each person
desiring to bid must do so by printing his/her name and amount of bid on each bid
sheet.
4. Each new bid must exceed the previous bid by at least the minimum increase stated and
must be written in the top most blank line available on the bid sheet.
5. Successful bidders may pay for purchases with CASH or CHECK ONLY. Payment must be
made in full at the close of the auction/before you leave the golf course.
6. All sales are FINAL…no refunds or exchanges.
