Dear Parents/Guardians,
Your child has the opportunity of studying recorder flute at P.S. 377. Your child
is now at a level of proficiency that requires more time with the recorder than once a
week for 45 minutes. They are being offered the opportunity to bring home the school
recorders to practice, but they must bring back the recorder every Wednesday to
Mr. Leopold. The recorders cost 10 dollars to replace . The conditions also include
that the parent/guardian must be willing to take financial responsibility for any
damage that may occur to the recorder while your child borrows the recorder.
Your child would be sent home with a recorder and a weekly assignment to practice on
the recorder . If you and your child agree to the conditions please sign below.
