Introduction
The GP-58CR Coupon Printer is a flexible and
versatile piece of equipment for gaming system,
Vending machines and other Self-service systems.
The GP-58CR has a built-in real time clock for time
stamping the ticket, its excellent accounting system
can provide you with daily and summary reports. The
GP-58CR can store up to 365 days of daily reports
that you have to option of deleting. Both coupon and
receipt tickets are fully customizable. Downloadable
designs give you the flexibility and ease to transfer
ticket formats and logos to other applications. Using
the GP-58CR’s software tools, you can transfer your
designed images into the memory.

C. Setup Procedures
1. Connect 7PIN wiring as explained above, attach it
to PCB’s CN1.
2. Install the paper roll into the machine’s paper roll
container . (paper roll is required to be setup
according to the same direction of the raster)
3. Connect PC connector WEL-079 (as shown in
Figure 2.) to PC’s COM port and the machine’s
CN2.

4. Turn the power on and install the paper roll properly,
the machine will automatically detect the paper
(Approx. 2 seconds) and roll the paper into the
printing module. If the installation of the paper roll
is correct, the machine is ready for printing working
lights on the machine’s faceplate will be on.
(Please connect the wires as shown in Figure 3)

Coupon & Receipt
The GP-58CR can print
two different types of tickets,
each for a different purpose:
A Coupon indicates the
payout points to the player.
The receipt is provided to a
person when s/he inserts
coins or bills into the C/A or
B/A.
The format of the
coupon and receipt can be
changed or designed by you and then uploaded into the
GP-58CR using the GP-58CR Tools utility.

 Installation
Please insert this utility disk into the floppy disk
drive click on the setup program. The setup program
will direct you to complete the installation. After the
installation, there will be a new program icon called
GP-58C.
 Execute the GP-58CR utility
Double-click on the GP-58C icon to execute the
GP-58CR utility.

 Installation
Please insert this utility disk into the floppy disk drive
Click on the setup program. The setup program will
direct you to complete the installation.
After the
installation is complete, there will be a new program
group called GP-58C.
 Execute the GP-58CR utility
Double clicking on the GP-58C icon will execute
GP-58CR utility.
The “Detect” button is used to tread the GP-58C
firmware version.
If the GP-58CR is online, You will
receive the firmware version feedback from it. If you
received a message saying “No data and time out!!”, It
means that the GP-58CR is currently offline.
