Terms and Conditions:

All payments are to be made as per the price agreed in the application at the time of
booking.

The applicant(s) agree that in case PDPL decides not to go ahead with this Project for
any reason whatsoever & such decision of PDPL shall be final & binding cannot be
disputed, PDPL will refund the amount paid by the Applicant(s)/allottee(s) without any
interest or compensation within 3 (Three) months or such other extended time from the
date of decision of PDPL not to execute the project.

All Disputes will be settled with an arbitrator at Mysore jurisdiction.

No deduction for removal of partition wall , window, grill and bathroom

It is also noted that after completion of the building the area of the flat may be
increased or decreased up to 5% against actual area and the purchase should abide the
same without any objection.

Cancellation fee towards booking will be 2 % of the sales value without any interest

Post dated cheque towards the installments is mandatory
Note: No possession of the flat shall be given during the construction, registration, non
completion of statutory obligations till the contracted amount is received in full.

I/We request that I/We may be/are allotted an apartment as per my/our choice as indicated
below.
I/We enclose a DD/cheque payable at Mysore, being the amount for booking, in favour of
“Pathak Developers Pvt Ltd”. On allotment, I/We hereby agree to accept the terms and
conditions of allotment and pay the balance towards 20% of the sales value along with post
dated cheque for the remaining installments within fifteen days from the date of receipt of
allotment intimation , failing which , you have the right to revoke the allotment and refund the
booking amount without interest within one month thereafter , I/We fully understand that this
is merely an application for booking the apartment and the right of allotment rests exclusively
with you and in the event of my application not being accepted , you are entitled to refund the
booking amount without interest within thirty days from the date of this application . I/We
