The CEDR Mediation Handbook
This is essential reading in preparation for the course. The book is only available as part of the materials
provided to participants for the CEDR Mediator Skills Training course.
Getting to Yes

This seminal text is recommended as background. It introduces the concept of principled or interestsbased negotiation, which offers a highly effective framework for reaching satisfactory agreements.

A consumer guide to alternative dispute resolution. Conflict is bad for business and bad for people. This
book tells you how to avoid conflict through following nine simple stages of meditation.
