Requirements for Posters
Poster boards with internationally standard size (1.2 meter high, 1 meter wide) are
available for poster materials. The preferable size of poster materials is 1.2 meter high
and 0.9 meter wide. Poster boards will be arranged in numerical order. The poster
materials are to be put up with the help of two-face adhesive tapes or drawing pins which
are expected to be brought by the authors. Please be sure that you bring any necessity you
may need for your poster presentation. Posters will be frequently viewed during the
opening hours. Poster presenters are preferred to add photos of themselves to their posters
on the boards so that they may be readily identified by interested individuals.
Requirements for posters:
Posters should be concise and the contents should be readily accessible to the viewer.
Posters with an attractive appearance will win an advantage. As a guide, the poster should
be legible at a distance of 1.5m..
