Purpose:
Your task is to arrange the Aliens in some logical pattern so that they form an organized rectangular block.
Then, predict the properties of a missing undiscovered alien by describing and drawing a picture of it.
Procedure:
Look at the LETTER on the back of your set of alien cards and write it in the upper right corner of this page.
Within each Vertical group, all the Aliens in that group must be exactly the same in some way (the Similar Trait),
AND must also have some feature that changes regularly as you move down the group (the Varying Trait).
Within each Horizontal period, all the Aliens in the period must be exactly the same in some way (the Similar Trait),
AND must also have some feature that changes regularly as you move across the period (the Varying Trait).
2 Aliens are missing from your set; simply leave 2 empty spaces in your rectangular block for this Alien.
Once you have finished arranging your Aliens, have your teacher look at your block to check it and to sign your
