1. General instructions
Authors contributing to the LMP 2012 are kindly requested to submit the abstract with a text length around 2000
characters and a maximum document length of one page. The abstract should start with the title, list of authors and their
affiliation, postal address of each author and e-mail address of corresponding author, followed by keywords. The
corresponding author should be denoted by an asterisk.
The body of the paper is typed in one column and can be divided into several sections. A few figures or tables
illustrating the results can be included, and the main references should be given at the end.
The text should be written in English with Times Roman 10-point font single spaced. All authors should also
submit this Word file and a PDF file with identical versions of their paper.
2. Figures
Figures should be numbered consecutively and described by captions Times Roman 8-point bold font that are
placed below each figure, as in Fig. 1.

Please insert figures with wrapping style „in line with text“. Please do not use frames. Authors are requested to use
font Helvetica or Arial in the graphs.
3. Tables
Tables should be numbered consecutively by Roman numeral and described by captions placed above each table;
see the example in Tab. I.

Do not use bold or
italic in tables
It is recommended to refrain from using any vertical lines and to put horizontal line only at the top and bottom of
the table (line 0.2 point), unless the table is very complicated and requires such separation lines for clarity. Units should
be in square brackets.

4. Citations
References should be numbered consecutively as they appear in the text. Cite your references using upper indexes
behind to the text, e.g. reference one1 or two references1,2. Only a number or an abreviation should be followed by a
citation in round brackets, e.g. (ref.1). Refer to figures and tables as Fig. 1 or Tab. I in the text.
5. Submission
The abstract and preliminary registration form have to be submitted before August 1, 2012 to the email address:
lmv.hf@tuke.sk In subject of the email you should write „LMP2012 abstract - surname“. Name the file by your
surname. Please provide us with two files: (i) the PDF file and (ii) the Word file, both final versions of your paper
formatted in the correct style.
Acknowledgments – please write acknowledgements with italic Times Roman 10-point font.
