Toyota Southern Motors:
MANAGER-S-I,BODY&PAINT OPERATION
- Feb 2009 – Present.
Responsible for organizing the whole body shop department of TWO dealership and in particular, controlling its resources
and utilizing its assets to achieve maximum efficiency. Overseeing the day-to-day management of the B.P area.
Duties:-















Providing high quality services to the valued customers (more or less 500 vehicles/month.
Manage operations facility of two service centre (Authorize dealerships) in the guide line of Toyota motor
corporation Japan.
Control and monitoring reception and workshop operations activities
Discussed KPI`s and MSI with the director service
Set the standards and performance measures of the service centre in line with the company`s strategic direction,
and cascades it down to the overseen staff and monitor their performance.
Reviews monthly productivity reports submitted by the service planning, prepare a status report reflecting
achievement versus plan, and take corrective action accordingly.
Prepare the yearly manpower plan outlining the required candidates profile and coordinates with the H.R
department to ensure their on-boarding as per the set plan.
Prepare technical training programmers and OJT for the new comers and ensure their efficient executions.
Conducts performance appraisals sessions with H.R reviews and approves the performance appraisals conducted
by workshop controller to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient and objective performance management
process.
Review the departmental operational policies &Procedures manual and monitors their ongoing implementation in
corporate all changes upon their occurrence, and ensure clear communication of those changes to the relevant
sections.
Participating in the yearly business plan meeting to set forth the company`s strategic objectives.
Monitoring out puts of 140 workers & staff like body shop, paint shop, service, washing front Staff Pro &
Master Technicians permanents and contractors.
Prepare and submits the yearly body shop operating budget and operation plans to the director service, outlining
capacity and resource planning(people & equipments)requirements for approval ensuring alignment with the
company`s vision and strategies ..
Ensure to Implement “Lean management system” and T.P.S “Toyota Production System”
Establishing & implement “KAIZEN ACTION PLAN” to promote activity in B.P dept throughout the year.








ISO coordinator for external & internal audit of the department
Investigating technical & warrantee issues
Escalating operational issues to senior management
Maintaining effective control of expense by regularly examining management accounts and comparisons
Carrying out quarterly billing checks and inventory audits
Keeping costs down by focusing on the reduction of leakage
