NOTICE

This is to inform all the 3rd semester students that the 3rd internal examination will be held from 2nd
December 2010 to 4th December 2010 as per the notification given by the principal on date 10/11/2010. The
modalities are as follows:
MODALITIES FOR THE 3RD INTERNAL TEST:

The question is the set of university semester questions of last 10 batches of the concerned paper.

The examination pattern is “OPEN BOOK PATTERN” i.e. the students are allowed to answer all the
questions at their home on a separate note book for each subject with the help of concerned teachers and
proctor.

All the students need to submit their individual answer booklets containing the answers of last 10
batches of questions in his/ her own hand writing as per the schedule given below in the examination
section in the timing mentioned below, failing which the assignment notebook shall not be accepted and
the mark awarded shall be “ABSENT”.

The marks shall be awarded for the class test-III on the answer note book submitted by the students in
each subjects.

The evaluated answer books will be returned by the concerned faculty members with in 5 days for
further reference of the students.
MODALITIES FOR SESSIONAL TEST:

Students need to appear before the sessional examining board with their laboratory record. Candidates
without up to date laboratory record shall not be allowed for appearing the grand viva voice test.

All the examiners in the sessional examination board shall ask one question each (Minimum THREE
questions).

There shall be a self-evaluation sheet available in each board. 50% marks shall be awarded by the
candidate himself/ herself from the questions he/ she has answered. The marks are equally distributed
for the questions asked by the board. The balance 50% of the marks shall be awarded by the board from
the performance of the candidate from the experiment he/ has done during the whole semester/
attendance/ laboratory record etc.

The board shall hand over the mark sheet out of 100 marks (50% self evaluated mark and 50% marks
awarded by the board) to the examination section on the same day in a sealed cover for onward
transmission to the university.
