Because of the uniqueness of each contract, each cluster was adjusted to meet the
learning goals of each group. A total of eight clusters were taught.
 Example A: Beginner class with 75% ESL. Drew much of the screens and
instructions in the form of diagrams. Allowed extensive time for translations.
 Example B: Advanced class with all international students. They needed to
create databases for places of work. Created and integrated Access databases
with other programs they were presently using.
 Example C: Administration students had need for more integration of
programs in mail merges and databases.
