Studying Tips
1. Make sure that you have all the class notes and worksheets. Check moodle
or the silver bin by the classroom door if you are missing something. Make
sure to get all the “blanks” filled in on the notes.
2. Complete the homework that has been assigned.
3. Review your quizzes.
4. Make yourself a study guide. Read the stories, come up with questions you
think might be asked, and then answer them in note-form. Use the short
stories book to help you think of questions. There are questions after every
story.
5. Try to think beyond the literal concepts of each story. Ask yourself
questions that require literary answers.
6. If you need clarification on a concept, see Mrs. Reis for extra help.
