Owner, January 2005 to present
Small business owner responsible for all aspects of operations including financial
management, curriculum and facility. SHOCK! has quickly grown into the largest,
most respected facility in Norman.
Peripheral Enhancements Corp. (now Tech Edge Corp.) – Ada, OK
(Peripheral Enhancements is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of DRAM and Flash memory
upgrades, portable computing products and other technology solutions.)
Chief Financial Officer, October 2003 – April 2004
Recruited to oversee general and cost accounting, information systems and human
resources. Responsible for all financial reporting, working capital management and all
associated staff.
Key Accomplishments
 Managed annual audit during second week of employment that resulted in no
material adjustments as well as a lower than budgeted audit cost.
 Led executive project team and served as primary customer contact responsible for
design and implementation of E-commerce initiative for largest corporate customer.
 Re-engineered both wide area and local area networks resulting in substantial longterm cost savings and restructured IT staff to more fully support business goals.
