FULL SUMMER SESSION: Monday, June 25th 2012 – Friday, August 17th 2012
A week begins on a Monday and ends on a Friday.
CALENDAR: WSD is closed on Wednesday, July 4th 2012
Early dismissal on Friday, August 17th at 1:30 PM
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fees include: Lunch, Snacks, Trips and a WSD T-Shirt

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
o A deposit of $500 per child and two post-dated checks for the balance, dated February 1, 2012 and May 1, 2012, must be
submitted with the Registration Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
o Cancellations prior to February 1, 2012 will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
o Commencing March 1, 2012 the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
o NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER APRIL 30, 2012.
o All cancellations and changes in dates of attendance must be in writing; there will be a $100 fee for any such change.
POLICY INFORMATION:
Registration for all age groups is first come first served. Weekly extensions will be taken as available and must be paid
in full, immediately. There are no refunds or make-up days due to absences, illnesses or withdrawals. WSD is not
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
HEALTH, BEACH, & BUDDY FORMS:
A Health Form and a Medication Release Form will be sent in early spring upon receipt of your registration form. They
must be filled out, signed by you and your doctor and returned to Westchester Summer Day no later than May 31, 2012. No
child will be allowed to attend WSD without a completed Health Form on record. Beach and Buddy Forms will also be mailed in
early spring upon receipt of your registration form and should be returned no later than April 30, 2012.
BUS INFORMATION:
Bus routing begins May 1st, 2012. Please notify us before that date if you plan to move before or during the summer.
We make every effort to place a bus counselor on each vehicle, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Bus routing is done by neighborhoods and, therefore, we cannot accommodate buddy requests for bus assignments.
