 Discuss direct assessment data to date and correlate to Program
Review notes
 Discuss indirect assessment data colleted to date
 Discuss/brainstorm opinions on data and program
 Discuss use of TCM130 Project as an assessment data point
 Discuss the future use of portfolio assessment
 Discuss program charting in a Pert Chart
 Status of Scope-and-Sequence and Objectives for each course prepared
by the Primary of each course
 Discuss multiple-rater recruitment and administration for the next
term: Senior Project Coordinator, Senior Project Mentor, a generaleducation faculty member, and project sponsor
 Discuss appropriate training for members of assessment rating teams
 Schedule team volunteers for a formal review of data during Admin

Team members work with students as appropriate
 By Week 3, meet clients face-to-face to review assessment form and
training needs if any.
Training for Fall 2000
 Training on using assessment ratings for program improvement;
program dean goes over results/debriefs with OBT program director
 Perform analysis with a draft recommendation

Sharing of results of faculty meeting with campus Assessment Committee
Conduct assessment of senior/capstone project results
 Collect data on senior project workshops from Gen Ed.
 Collect data on final presentations
 Collect Assessment Forms from Clients
 Collect Assessment Forms from Seniors
