Development Act 1993, prepared a draft Development Plan
Amendment Report to create a State Heritage Area over the suburb of Colonel Light Gardens in the City of Mitcham,

The Plan Amendment will amend the City of Mitcham

PHYLLOXERA AND GRAPE INDUSTRY ACT 1995
Contributions Towards Primary Functions Under the Act for the Year 1998-99
PURSUANT to section 23 of the above Act, the Phylloxera and
Grape Industry Board hereby gives notice that registered persons
(being persons who are recorded in the Register established by the
Board as owners of 0.5 hectares, or more of planted vines) must contribute to the costs of the Board’s primary functions for the year ending 30 April 1998.
The rules of calculation of such contributions are as follows:
(1) Calculations will be based on the area of vines recorded in the Register as being owned by each person.
(2) The rate per hectare of vines will be $9.50 with a minimum contribution of $20.
(3) Any fee for default or delay in contribution payment will be calculated on a per hectare basis.
(4) The levy will be collected or recovered by the
Commissioner of Land Tax on behalf of the board as if the contribution were land tax, and will be subject to the same penalties for delay or default in payment (section
23 (3) of the Act).
Notices of contributions will be forwarded by post to registered persons.

On 20 May 1998, that order was confirmed by the Minister for
Administrative Services, conditionally on approval and deposit of the survey plan by the Registrar-General. The condition has now been fulfilled.
Pursuant to section 24(5) of the Roads (Opening and Closing)
Act 1991, NOTICE of the order referred to above and its confirmation is hereby given.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Unley, in accordance with the requirements of section 24(2) of the Local Government
Act 1934, as amended, has reviewed its ward structure and elector representation composition.
Council resolved, at a meeting on 1 March 1999 that the proposed representation arrangements be as follows:
1. The current number of elected members be retained, comprising a Mayor and 12 Councillors.
2. The current number of wards be retained at 6 wards.
3. The number of Councillors representing each Ward to be 2
Councillors for each of the Unley, Parkside, Fullarton,
Goodwood, Goodwood South and Unley Park Wards.

Consolidation Plan Amendment Report—Draft for Public
Consultation
NOTICE is hereby given that the Adelaide Hills Council has prepared a draft Plan Amendment Report to amend the District
Council of Stirling, District Council of East Torrens, District
Council of Onkaparinga and District Council of Gumeracha
Development Plans.
The Plan Amendment Report will amend the District Council of
Stirling, District Council of East Torrens, District Council of
Onkaparinga and District Council of Gumeracha Development
Plans by consolidating the four Development Plans into one document, the Adelaide Hills Council Development Plan. This will involve deleting any irrelevant material, rearranging the format to allow for easier referencing, removing duplication, reviewing the non-complying lists within each zone and the establishment of a single rural zone to encompass both the Mount
Lofty Ranges Watershed and Primary Production areas. No major policy changes are being proposed.
