In the past we have done re-dial projects, custom crystals and other custom jobs.
We have re-assessed the business and have made the decision to work w/ re-luming exclusively.
We can also do WATER TESTING to a depth of 165’. We will be happy to serve you in these custom capacities.
Our turn around times have also been re-assessed. We realistically have a heavy work load with wonderful projects to turn out. In order to do the best job,
we expect most projects to take 3-8wks (at minimum).
Our custom work sometimes requires additional time to complete. Kent works full-time during the day at a University. He has a family. Watches are
worked on sometimes early in the morning, sometimes late at night, and when he can on weekends. The custom nature of his work often requires
additional time, because modifying used watches can become more time consuming after the project is started. Please understand, we require a $50 deposit
to put the watch in the queue. Kent will get it finished, but it may not be as timely as you wish. If you require the watch returned before it is finished, the
deposit is non-refundable. Please be patient, wear some other watches and in due time, your watch will be finished.

Once the decision is made to have Everest Watchworks customize your timepiece, a work-order form needs to be completed. Please find this as an
attachment. The completed paper form needs to accompany your watch.
Payment must also accompany your order. We accept money orders or you may choose to use Pay-Pal.
We require a 50.00 deposit (non-refundable) with each order. Balance is due upon completion of your project.
When the project is completed we will send a picture by e-mail for your approval before you send the balance due.
When we receive the balance, we will send the watch or watches.
Relume charges are as follows:
$84.00 for reluming the dial with Super-LumiNova™ *
$38.00 to strip and relume the hands with your choice of Super-LumiNova™ *
$44.00 for GMT Hand Set w/ choice of Super-LumiNova™
$25.00 extra for premium glossy lume on re-lume.
$35.00 extra for reluming sandwich dials.
$25.00 extra for reluming chronographs due to the extra work required with multiple hands
$25.00 water testing to 165’
