PS.2 – June Assessment/Exam “Study Guide” introduction
Every question for the June Physical Science Assessment/Exam is included
in the attached document labeled “Physical Science Track 2 Study Guide” –
it includes questions from Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 14
The questions are in chapter order.
It is your responsibility to look up all the answers in the text, and to ask
questions if you need help.
It would also be helpful to look at the Open Book Tests for both the first and
second semesters as they will have many of the same questions you see in
this Study Guide.
There will be THREE differences between this study guide and the actual
assessment/exam:
1. the exam has fewer questions
2. the questions will be in a different order on the actual
assessment/exam
3. the “letter” of the answer (e.g. A or B or C or D) will be different on
the actual assessment/exam
a. in other words, if the answer on your study guide is “A.
chlorine” on the actual assessment/exam in might be “C.
chlorine”
There is also a copy of the study guide posted in your class section of my
teacher page. You can print out a copy from there if you misplace this copy.
The best way to study is to make a flash card for each question. Do NOT
include the “letter” (a, b, c, or d) of the choice on the flash card.
