Honoured Sir,
The brief facts of the case are that today i.e., on 12-04-2007 at 15-30 Hrs. Sri. A. Sudhakar
Reddy S/o Late A. Madhava Reddy, age 39 yrs, Occ. Business, R/o Plot No. 33, Malreddy Ranga
Reddy Nagar, Karmanghat, Saroornagar lodged a complaint at P.S. Saroornagar stating that on
08-04-2007 night hours, some unknown persons had committed theft of Sony make CD Player
from his Tata Indica Car bearing No. AP 29 M 5556 by breaking the car door glass. He has
requested to take necessary action.
-: 2 :Basing on the above complaint, LW-6 registered a case in Cr.No. 396/2007 U/s. 379 IPC.
and the investigation entrusted to LW-7.
During the course of investigation LW-7 examined LW-1 in detail, visited the scene of
offence, and caused enquiry in the vicinity of scene and deputed LW’s 4 & 5 to detect the case.
While the investigation was in progress on 17-04-2007 at 09-00 Hrs. the deputed crime
party men LW’s 4 & 5 apprehended the boy juvenile Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy,
age 15 yrs, Occ. Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8, Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat,
N/o Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda District at Saroornagar Tank Bund under
suspicious circumstances, while he was going to sell the stolen CD Player at Dilsukhnagar and
brought him to Police Station and produced before LW-7. The LW-7 thoroughly interrogated him.
On interrogation the accused voluntarily confessed that previously he was studied up to 5th Class in
a Hostel, thereafter he escaped from Hostel and went and moved in Mumbai, Vizag, Vijayawada,
Tirupathi and Kurnool. After that the Hostel management removed him from Hostel. He worked one
year in Kothapet fruit market. In that time he addict for bad habbits i.e. consuming whitener, eating
gutkha, Smoking Cigarettes, Dirnking Alcohol. His earnings not lead his lavish life. So, he hatched
plan to commit thefts of Decks from cars. According to his plan he committed the following thefts in
the limits of Saroornagar Police Station.
1. 10 days back around 24-00 Hrs. he went to Malreddy Ranga Reddy Nagar area,
Karmanghat and moving in the locality he saw an Alto car and broke the car left side small
glass and committed theft of Pioneer cassette player and kept the same in his house for
onward disposal. [Pertains to Cr.No. 405/07 U/s 379 IPC of P.S. Saroornagar]
2. Same day after committing the above theft he again in the same locality he broke the Tata
Indica car right side front door glass and committed theft of Sony make CD Player and
kept the same in his house for onward disposal. [Pertains to Cr.No. 396/07 U/s 379 IPC of
P.S. Saroornagar]
3. After 3 days of above offence he went to Raghavendranagar Colony and found a Maruthi
800 car infront of a house and he broke the right side glass and committed theft of JVC
CD Player and fled away and kept the same in his house for onward disposal. [Pertains to
Cr.No. 406/07 U/s 379 IPC of P.S. Saroornagar.
Further he confessed that today i.e. on 17-04-2007 at 09-00 Hrs. he started from his house
with stolen property to sell the same at Dilsukhnagar, on the way at Saroornagar Tank Bund the
mufti Police party apprehended him and brought him to Police Station and produced before the
Police Officer. On making enquiries I admitted my guilty in the above mention offences. If the police
and panchas come with him, he will show his house and will give recovery the stolen CD and
Cassette players.
After concluding the confession statement of boy juvenile seized stolen CD player make Sony
pertaining to this case from his possession under the cover of confession cum seizure
panchanama in the presence of mediators LW’s 2 & 3.
-: 3 :In pursuance of his confession the boy juvenile lead the Police and Panchas to his house
situated at Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, where the LW-7 seized one Pioneer make
car cassette player pertains to Cr.No. 405/07 and JVC Car CD player pertains to Cr.No. 406/07
under the cover of seizure panchanama in the presence of mediators.
After completion of above recoveries the LW-7 along with boy juvenile and seized property
return to P.S. on 17-04-2007 at 14-45 Hrs. and the LW-7 effected the arrest of boy juvenile, after
informing about the grounds of his arrest and to his kith and kin.
Investigation of this case it is revealed that the on 08-04-2007 around 24-00 Hrs. the boy
juvenile M. Vamshidhar Reddy committed theft of committed theft of Sony make CD Player from
his Tata Indica Car bearing No. AP 29 M 5556 by breaking the car door glass of the complainant
which was parked infront of his house at Malreddy Ranga Reddy Nagar, Karmanghat. The same
has been recovered from the possession of boy juvenile as material evidence. Thus, prima-facie
case is established against the boy juvenile M. Vamshidhar Reddy had punishable U/s. 379 IPC.
Therefore, the arrested boy juvenile Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age 15
yrs, Occ. Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8, Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, N/o
Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda District is herewith producing before the Hon’ble
Court with a prayer to send him to observation for boys for a period of [14] days, so as to enable
the I.O. to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet.

Basing on the above complaint a case in Cr.No. 405/2007 U/s 379 IPC and investigated

During the course of investigation I have examined the complainant in detail recorded his
statement in Part-II C.D. visited scene of offence caused enquiry in the vicinity of the scene and
deputed crime party to detect the case.
While investigation was in progress on 17-04-2007 at 12-00 hrs arrested the boy juvenile
Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age 15 yrs, Occ. Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8,
Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, N/o Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda
District at Saroornagar Tank Bund under suspicious circumstances in Cr.No. 396/2007 U/s 379
IPC of this Police station. During the course of interrogation the accused voluntarily confessed to
have committed this offence and two other offences of P.S. Saroornagar. In pursuance of his
confession the stolen property i.e. Pioneer car cassette player pertaining to this case has been
recovered from the house of boy juvenile at his instance. Thereafter effected the arrest boy juvenile
on 17-04-2007 at 12-00 hrs after informing the grounds of his arrest and to his kith and kin.
The arrested boy juvenile Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age 15 yrs, Occ.
Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8, Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, N/o
Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda District, is being produced before this Hon’ble court
in Cr.No.396/2007 U/s 379 IPC.

The brief facts of the case are that on 14-04-2007 at 10-00 Hrs. Sri. P. Raghu Rama Rao
S/o Laxmi Narayana, age 42 yrs, Occ. Business, R/o Plot No. 5, beside Dilsukhnagar Public
Schoo, Raghavendranagar, Karmanghat, Saroornagar lodged a complaint at P.S. Saroornagar
stating that on the intervening night of 11/12-04-2007, some unknown persons had committed theft
of JVC Car CD Player from his Maruthi-800 Car bearing No. AP 11 R 8283. He has requested to
take necessary action.
Basing on the above complaint a case in Cr.No. 406/2007 U/s 379 IPC and investigated
into.
During the course of investigation I have examined the complainant in detail recorded his
statement in Part-II C.D. visited scene of offence caused enquiry in the vicinity of the scene and
deputed crime party to detect the case.
While investigation was in progress on 17-04-2007 at 12-00 hrs arrested the boy juvenile
Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age 15 yrs, Occ. Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8,
Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, N/o Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda
District at Saroornagar Tank Bund under suspicious circumstances in Cr.No. 396/2007 U/s 379
IPC of this Police station. During the course of interrogation the accused voluntarily confessed to
have committed this offence and two other offences of P.S. Saroornagar. In pursuance of his
confession the stolen property i.e. JVC car CD player pertaining to this case has been recovered
from the house of boy juvenile at his instance. Thereafter effected the arrest boy juvenile on 17-042007 at 12-00 hrs after informing the grounds of his arrest and to his kith and kin.
The arrested boy juvenile Mekala Vamshidhar Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age 15 yrs, Occ.
Auto Cleaner, R/o H.No. 8-1-58/8, Bangaru Enclave, Jyothi Nagar, Karmanghat, N/o
Tammadapally [V], Marriguda [M], Nallagonda District, is being produced before this Hon’ble court
in Cr.No.396/2007 U/s 379 IPC.
