What? The panel will discuss topics including: When is historical CSA abuse relevant in the PIF and in the hearing? Why and how is historical sexual abuse a struggle from the perspective of counsellors/psychotherapists, lawyers and IRB? What kinds of cases make each of us nervous? What do we put in Psycho-social assessment letters and what do we leave out for CSA cases? What are considered adequate proofs of CSA in an IRB hearing? What is the frequency of CSA (as central presenting problem) in IRB cases and what are the success rates? What stood out in these positive outcomes?
