ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENT BY THE LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
Congress participants will be housed at four hotels close to the conference site (Shangri-La Hotel Dalian).

DEADLINE FOR RESERVATION
The deadline for hotel reservation is April 1, 2001. Please note the rates shown in the above table are
specially offered for WSCMO-4 participants and available ONLY FOR WHOM RESERVE BEFORE THE
DEADLINE. After the deadline, normal rates (generally much more expensive) will be offered by those
four hotels.
HOW TO RESERVE
The participants should inform the Congress Secretary by e-mails containing Accommodation Feedback
Information sheets no later than April 1, 2001. They have two choices when making hotel reservations. The
first one is asking the Congress Secretary to help them reserve rooms according to their Accommodation
Feedback Information sheets. The second one is that they directly contact the desired hotels by themselves
and then, send the Secretary their Feedback Information sheets. IN THIS CASE, THEY SHOULD
CLEARLY DECLARE THAT THEY ARE THE PARTICIPANTS OF WCSMO-4 HOSTED BY DALIAN
UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND GET CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTELS. Otherwise, they
may lose the opportunity of the special rate when booking rooms.
