The correct answer should be BBBBA (option not given). Critics cannot
censor but censure. “Censure” means disapproval of something.
Furthermore, in the 3rd option, range is incorrect. The word should be
rage.
In the context of Sentence B the noun or the reason cannot be counted.
Hence the correct sentence should have been "Your stand is beyond
reason." In Sentences C & D respectively, there should be an indefinite
article "a" before "friend" and "profitable" Thus B, C and D are all incorrect
and since we need to identify the incorrect statements none of the options
are correct. The correct answer should be Sentence B, C and D.
Typing Error – In the question “But” should not have been underlined

Option C is the correct answer. Dulcet refers to a sweet and soothing
sound while raucous means a loud noise. Hence, dulcet and raucous are
antonyms. Similarly, palliative refers to relieving or soothing of pain
whereas, exacerbate refers to worsening something. Palliative and
Exacerbate can be considered as antonyms. Option (b) refers to synonyms.
Option (d) also refers to antonyms but Theory is noun while Practical is
adjective.
None of the choice is correct.
Answer as per CLAT: Choice (C) foreign change bankruptcy and paucity of
funds with the government.
There is a typographical error – the word change should be replaced with
exchange to get the correct answer.
Typing error “projection” instead of protection.
If this is ignored and we choose to read Projectionist as Protectionist, even
then the correct answer should be Choice (B) while CLAT has given the
answer as Choice (D). Refer to the first sentence of the third paragraph.
Wrong Options A, B and C talks about politicians. However, the passage
talks about government policies. Hence, government policies should
replace politicians. Furthermore, assuming that the word politicians is
replaced with policies, option (C) seems to be correct as well because the
author talks about the inadequacies of the present policies of the
government. Refer to the last paragraph.
The answer given is Amazon but it should be Choice (C) Alibaba
This is a question of reasoning and as per the directions Legal Knowledge
should not be required for answering the question.
Since Y has filed a suit against X claiming that X was of unsound mind at
the time of entering into the contract, X has to prove that he was of
“sound mind” at the time of entering into the contract.
If Legal knowledge is applied then the idea is on competence to contract. A
person of unsound mind (or of sound mind but in unsound state of mind at
the time of contracting) is not competent to contract as per the provision.
Mr. X was of unsound mind when he entered into a contract with Mr. Y as
clearly stated in the facts. Hence, X cannot contract with Y in the instant
case. Hence the correct answer should be (A).
Legal Knowledge required. Offer must be specific. It must not be vague. It
must state all essential information required for such transaction. Herein,
the reply by Mr. Shyamsunder was “invitation to offer” and the consent by
Mr. Ramanuj was “offer”. Shyamsunder must have reverted back accepting
the offer which is missing in the instant case. Hence, Shyamsunder can
refuse to sell the car.
Legal Knowledge required. Ignorance of law is not an excuse while
ignorance of fact can be. This is the literal meaning of the principle stated.
It should be noted that in legal parlance mistake of law is used
interchangeably with ignorance of law and similarly with ignorance of fact.
But english meaning of the two differs.
Knowledge of special offences is required. Hence, without legal knowledge
Choices (B) and (D) are equally good options.

The correct answer should be option (B). Both the propositions are correct
but R is not the correct explanation of A.
The amount of price of all the things remaining with four persons is 11800,
so the correct answer should be option (B) not (D)

Based on the definition given under Directions, Option A is incorrect.
Statements A, B, C are judgments.
Option D is the correct answer. Also in question in option B, wealth is an
error. The word should be health.
Wrong Statement B states: Infotech employees are knowledge workers,
this means all Infotech employees are knowledge workers. However,
statement A and C combined imply that Infotech employs knowledge
workers. It does not necessarily mean that ALL Infotech employees are
knowledge workers. None of the options are correct.
Option C is the correct answer.
Options (C) and (D) are same
Statement II in this question is unnecessary. The answer can be inferred
from Statement I itself. Hence the correct choice is Option A
Wrong Question, The correct question should be FASHION is z64t7Uw,
then POSITION is ???
