When Daymond John initially agreed to be the gala keynote speaker to wrap up three days of
high-caliber business and community conference programming, the planning committee and I
got very excited. The news injected a fresh energy into our work. As Toronto’s premier financial

minorities, the conference was to be one of the most ambitious projects in the Urban Financial
Serves Coalition, Toronto’s Chapter’s 15-year history.

Daymond John’s visit to Saunders College of Business was the highlight event of RIT’s
homecoming weekend. His amazing success as an American enterprising icon and his message,
The Brand Within, was a perfect match for our business school. We were proud to have
Daymond as our featured speaker. His star power and successful image helped us to build

We were very pleased with Daymond’s presentation. Nearly all of the feedback I got after the
event was positive. Specifically, people liked his DJ adding a little music and sound bites that
brought some levity to the speech. He was confident and open about his success and his

on his personal woes from his initial success but it was apparent he was affected by it. One of
the MAIN things that most people liked the best was the Q&A after his speech. He was candid

Damond's presentation at our ChainLinks national convention in Dallas was outstanding.
Damond used a mixed media of slides combined with music and well-timed comments. He was
