8. Homework/TESTS/EXAMS/QUIZZES:
The student's name, course, section number, and description of
assignment must be annotated (written) on all submissions to ensure
that you will receive the full grade. All Projects/Labs/Assignments are
due as stated or at midnight before the new week begins.
All homework is graded within a calendar week. If the last date to post
the assignment is on Sunday, then by the following Sunday, your
homework should be graded and grades posted in the grade book.
This of course is barring any technical difficulties or problems within
the BlackBoard system. If there are technical difficulties on
BlackBoard, then e-mail me a copy of your work at:
gstockin@swccd.edu.
Expect to spend six hours per week to prep/complete lecture and lab
assignments. Students are expected to do their own work and turn in
only their own work. Loss of 50% of total will be lost on late work. After
three days, from the last date of the due assignment, late work must be
posted. If an assignment is due on Sunday, at 11:55 p.m., then I will
accept late work, with 50% grade loss, up until Wednesday, at 11:55
p.m.. NO LATE WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT. You will
receive a ZERO or 'O' for the assignment. Please don't write and ask
for permission to turn in late work. You are responsible for turning in
and managing your workload.
