Description of content: Promulgating the regulation on procedures for issuance of the
phytosanitary import permits for the regulated articles subject to Pest Risk Analysis (PRA)
before importing into Viet Nam. Annexes have been attached to the Decision such as:
- Application form for issuing phytosanitary import permit;
- Data requirement for PRA;
- Time needed for PRA; and
- Phytosanitary import permit.
